Dibblee Point County Park

There aren’t many places where you can ride your horse along the shore of the Columbia River.  But at Dibblee Point County Park in Rainier, Oregon, you can!  The park features over five miles of trails, including a couple of miles along the Columbia.

The Riding

Columbia County is now managing Dibblee Point as a public park, with plenty of equestrian parking and very nice trails.

As you ride, you can see the mills operating on the Columbia's opposite shore and watch the huge cargo ships sailing up and down the river.  Some of the trails run through the forest and along a slough.
